Beer is the perfect complement for cheese in many cultures worldwide. Cheese and beer grew up together on the farm and also share similar flavors: nutty, tangy, floral, and earthy, which jive together in a beautiful way. They can both offer a sharp, dry texture or a smooth and creamy one and the grain used to produce beer is often the same as that which is fed to dairy cows to produce cheese. The simple fact is that beer and cheese are the ideal partners.
